Janine is a German entrepreneur with an international career across Europe, North America and Asia. She spent almost nine years building her business and professional network in China.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, she spent about seven years at Hewlett-Packard and reached a senior role at a young age. Then she took the leap and founded Full Potential Partners.
Full Potential Partners works with companies, executives, founders and experts on leadership, communication, executive development, intercultural business and growth. Janine leads a global team of 50+ coaches and trainers in 20+ countries.
